Online Orders We currently only accept online orders for delivery to residents in the
areas of Greater Manchester, Calderdale, Rossendale, High Peak, Burnley and Rochdale districts. For delivery outside this area please Email us for a quote.

Delivery We have chosen to deliver all online orders to this area using our own staff at no extra charge to the consumer. This is to ensure that we comply with all current
legislation regarding the supply of fireworks to the general public. We will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time to deliver to ensure that your order reaches you safely, in good condition and in time for your celebrations. We may request proof of age identification upon delivery.

Payment We will not take payment from your Credit/Debit card until delivery has been successfully completed.

Pricing In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or an error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse any orders listed at the incorrect price.

Substitutes If we need to substitute a product on your order then we will contact you to agree an alternative product equal to or greater in value than the original product. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if substitution is unacceptable.

Returns Policy You as a consumer have the right to return any unwanted goods within 7 working days from delivery and a refund of all monies shall be made within 30 days of cancellation. The unwanted goods should be returned to us immediately in good condition and in their original packing. Failure to do so will result in a collection by us and a
deduction of the direct costs of this action from the refund.

Statutory Rights Nothing contained within these Terms and Conditions in any way
affects, excludes or limits your statutory rights.

Complaints All complaints must be sent in writing by email. An acknowledgement will be sent within 5 working days and you will be kept informed of progress to resolution.
